AB wheel is perfect for the "core" or "Abs



Abs or Core---whatever you call it, it needs to be trained.  People do tons of different exercises to strength and develop this region of the body. One of my personal favs is using the ab wheel.

Toes down, knees, big roll out with the wheel. As you roll out, engage <tighten> you core muscles, breathe and roll nice and steady. You may have to start off NOT rolling out as far, but as time progresses, you can roll out further and further.
