This killer combo is a strength-explosive "double up"

A) Perform a set of 5 thrusters connected on the Vertimax platform

B) Perform a set of 5 Vertimax vertical jumps tethered to platform

C)Perform a set of 5 Vertimax vertical jumps non-tethered to platform

Recover 90-120 seconds...and repeat the circuit two more times!

This was a great exercise because we combined two of our favorite pieces of technology: the Vertimax Platform and the Push velocity tracker together for the duration of the set.
