Add load to your exercise: Weight Vest DB snatch
I am a big fan of the DB 1-arm snatch. It's an explosive exercise that develops an athletes ability to be explosive, and not a hard exercise to teach.
Wanna add resistance to this lift? Instead of going up in DB weight, go up in body weight using a weighted vest! Weighted vests are a great way to add resistance and load to an exercise without actually increasing the load of the instrument that you are using.
Try it with exercises that require you to be on your feet lifting, jumping and running. Weighted vests are awesome and can be found in our online store (see right side bar).
