sand bag snatch


Conventional Explosive lifts done with the bar or even with DBs pays off in building athletic explosiveness. But if you wanna add some variety in to these lifts, use a sand bag.

The load of the "weight" (sand) makes the lift feel different then solid steel or bumper plates. And the multiple handles on the bag allows for different ways to hold the bag while performing the lift.
