Rope Slam for endurance


The are multiple ways to increase endurance and 'cardio capacity' via running, biking, etc. but one of my favorite ways is "Rope Battling". 

It's a real burner that can be done in a variety of ways such as single arm waves and double arm slams from a variety of different stances.

Here I'm going with a double arm slam from a square stance-----while wearing the training mask (my personal favorite). 

Depending on your state of conditioning perform about 10-20 slams for moderate level workout and 30+ to really kick your conditioning into high gear.
