Track your fitness activity with the Fitbit

I remember the days of the hand written journals where people would track their workouts; old school workout logs started out as a way to just record what you did in that days training session by writing down your sets and reps, number miles ran or a host of other relevant training info.

The hand written training log was then replaced by recording info via the computer, then came fitness phone apps and now the most recent phase bring us to the "fitness tracker".

With so many on the market today, I have decided to focus on a fan favorite of mine---the Fitbit Fitness Tracker that does the following:

What It Is

It's a health tracker that measures your

  • steps taken
  • floors climbed
  • time spent active
  • the quality of your sleep.

Who's It For?

Those who are trying to be more active and want some measurable data about their daily activities. Having this info helps to paint a much clearer picture of your health, and may vary greatly from your idea of just how active you really are. The Fitbit Force will help you set goals, too.
