Pur Motion makes some of my favorite training devices to increase explosive sports performance. One of my favorites is the “Clean & Jerk” unit, a ground based device for explosive lifts.
We’ve taken this device and made some lifting modifications, such as the front squat. The device keeps the wrists in a neutral position so that they don’t get a lot of “torque” or stress.
