Training Mask and Hex Bar Deadlifts

Using The TrainingMask while performing Hex Bar deadlifts is a great way that I've learned to increase my power output. Since The TrainingMask is a tool that is designed to improve your conditioning, strength, and power it's the separator between someone who is really in great shape from someone who is not. 

Hex Bar deadlifts with the TM enable me to do more work and sustain that work load longer, giving me the stamina, endurance, and workout capacity I need to get the results i'm looking for.

I've also varied it where I will alternate wearing the mask every other set so that my body can see the difference between training with and training without the mask. Sort of like contrast training.
