- KB Swings (Explosive)
- KB Strict Press (Push)
- KB High Pull (Pull)
- KB Goblet Squat (Knee/Lower Body)
- KB RDL (Hamstring)
- KB Twist (Core)
- KB Corkscrew (Rotational)
