Weight vest with strength movements
Sometimes, to add more resistance to my workouts, Ill add the use of a weighted vest. It takes the additional load out of my hands in the form of heavier barbells and DB's and places it on my torso. This way I have to rely on more core stability as I do different exercises, and it affects how I am able to move the weight.
Weighted vests are vary useful in running and jumping exercises and drills, but can be just as effective in strength training movements. The external load of the vest on your upper body will make the seemingly easiest movements more challenging.
