This was one of the workouts I did using the high altitude Training Mask and the weighted vest. The goal of the training session was to get in a good solid olympic lifting move (Barbell Muscle Snatch from the ground) with a good cardio exercises.
The workout:
- Perform a set of 25-50 Jumps
- Perform a set 0f 3-5 Snatches
- Repeat the above cycle
You can end the workout after you have completed specified cycles/rounds or you can set a timer to expire after a certain amount of time goes by. You can also play with the weight to vary the load and vary the number of jumps you perform with the jump rope.
It may not seem like a lot of exercises or work, but trust me the vest and mask make up for lack of exercises!
