I learned from so many of my mentors that ‘LEADERS are Readers’. I was always encouraged to not just know more or learn more from an academic point of view, but to expand my mind through books and reading.
I have worked to apply this in my life, and have encouraged others to do so. Whether is hard copy book, digital book or audible book (YES, audible!) I encourage everyone to read as much as you can.
