War Hammer Standing Rotational exercise is a core killer

Working the core is a key part of successful performance training.  In fact, the core can be worked from a variety of positions including standing, kneeling,  on all fours, etc.

The Pur Motion War Hammer is one of my favorite ways to work the core with a rotation factor involved. It allows me to keep my torso upright and move side to side while engaging my core and standing on two feet.  

I tend to like to alternate sides, with a rep count between 10 and 12.
