Training Mask Functional Day


I dislike missing workout days, and love variety, so I'll alternate my training sessions between weight lifting days and "functional training days" using the Training Mask.

My functional days are awesome---- I approach it with the same mindset as my lift days. Adding  the Training Mask increases the intensity of the session, strengthens my diaphragm and workout capacity.

In the video above you'll set me perform 5 exercises:
1 hang clean
2 med ball box jump
3 kneeling wood chops
4 glute ham situ ups
5 land mine rotations
.....all with the Training Mask

Next time you train, try alternating your training days between strength (weight lifting) and functional training days.
