Train Body Balance along with Quick Feet for better close quarters performance



Quick feet are for sure a must in order to be a top level competitive athlete. However, having quick feet is not enough. What happens to the rest of your body matters as well!

What I mean is that you want to have great body balance no matter whats going on with your feet. You want the ability to twist, turn and move side to side and still maintain good body balance.

In the video above watch one of my athletes as he performs quick feet drills. Take special notice to not only his feet, but watch his torso/shoulders. No matter what direction his feet move in, he still maintains good body control. This is crucial in sports when it comes to being able to perform athletic actions such as catching, throwing, hitting and swinging. No matter what your feet are doing, have the ability maintain balance and still perform with balance!
