Know your training goals to plan for success


Finding a program that fits your needs is so important. There are about a billion of them out there: group training classes, solo training, personal training, in home training dvd's, etc.

Finding the right one means knowing what you want to accomplish. Here are a couple of guidelines for choosing the right program:
1) what's you main goal?
2) what's your timetable to complete your goal?
3) what kind of time do you have to actually train?
4) where is the setting of the training to take place? 
5) what kinds of training tools do you need (if any)?

Start there when crafting out your plan. Once you're set, go in with maximum effort and give it all you've got!
