Hex Bar Squat takes the place of the the straight bar squat as a great supplement for lower body lifting

The Hex Bar Deadlift is what I refer to as the "hex bar squat".  I use this as a way to take some of the pressure off of my back from squatting, since sometimes I get a tad stiff from it.  Plus the hex bar is a great change up.
