Total Body KB Training Session

The Russians made KB's popular, and mainstream society has just made them popular again.  Here I perform a total body workout with KB's doing a variety of different movements such as:
  • KB Swings (Explosive)
  • KB Strict Press (Push)
  • KB High Pull (Pull)
  • KB Goblet Squat (Knee/Lower Body)
  • KB RDL (Hamstring)
  • KB Twist (Core)
  • KB Corkscrew (Rotational)
If a KB is not available, grab a dumbbell.
