Cross Training for a great conditioning effect





The nature of cross training to me means "crossing over to perform different exercises" lol

At times, I like to train in a way where I can do different things at a good pace.  In this video collage I am doing 5 things in a cross training fashion:
  1. Rope Slam
  2. Jump Rope
  3. Box Jump
  4. Med Ball Clean
  5. Biking
The Training Mask makes it twice as intense!  My goal is to do it in a circuit, going from one exercise to the next unit l I've gone through 4-5 times.  #BRUTAL
