Training mask med ball power clean



This is one of my go-to exercises for creating explosive power using the med balls.  It's a medicine ball slam against the wall, but I start it from the floor.

Drop your hips low to grasp the ball then explode up through you the balls of your feet up simultaneously bringing the ball to your chest and extending your arms explosively towards the wall.

Because of the motion, I often refer to this movement as a "med ball power clean" without the catch you'd have with the bar.

Big Tip: pause a movement between each rep, and focus on max effort each time (and if possible use the Training Mask during this exercise!)
