Two alternate training devices that I have found useful in my performance training:
1) The Pur Motion Clean and Jerk unit (affectionately call the wish bone by me😆) is a great way to mimic explosive lifting like cleans, jerks and snatches. The unit keeps your hands in a neutral grip so there is less torque on your wrist through the pulling and catching motions.
2) The 02 Trainer is another cardio high altitude training device, but instead of a mask it operates as a mouth piece with different training level attachments.
These two devices combine together to make a killer training session.
