Wb kneeling press


Pressing over head is great for building upper body strength, but you can add another twist to it---"take a knee!"

Getting down on one knee forces you to stabilize the press more with your torso (an added core strengthening thing).  It also takes away any use of the legs, so you can't cheat by "jumping" the load up.

I like using the Pur Motion Wish Bone for this particular overhead press. The push is more at an angle (see video above) and less directly over head. You can do it with and without the "Training Mask" 😆
