AB wheel training for the core





One of my all-time favorite core trainers is with the Ab Wheel.....this awesome little wheel is NO JOKE!  I use it in training as a great way to train my entire core, hitting the abs, lower back, glutes, and hamstrings. It even attacks the chest, shoulders and arms.  Use the side handles to roll out with your upper body, or take it to another level and strap your FEET into the foot pedals.
